Community ManagerHey @Ogi_stratega This usually means that your game has been disconnected. This can happen for a number of reasons.
I would suggest going through the basic and advanced steps we have available here to see if there's any improvement.

I apologize, but this is not a connection problem. In every game where my opponent rage-quits, it informs me that the game will be reviewed, but in the end, I am not awarded the victory. However, if the game goes on until the end, there is no issue. There is clearly an issue with the game itself that is causing this to happen, and it is preventing me from enjoying the game for which I have paid, as I do every year. I request that you pay attention to this problem because thanks to it, in this EAFC 24, there are dozens of players who cannot enjoy the game.

Yeah, everytime i get ahead in the score and my opponent rage-quits, I don't get awarded victory. Now i have played 4 matches 3 rage quits around 60-70min and your match will be under review blah blah. I dont get a win and just waste my time. I dont even now why I am bodering buying and playing this game. This is unacceptable.

@wh0ll3yWhich reply isn’t? They all pretend, or they have orders to tell us that it’s our connection when we all know for sure, we can not be more sure that it is their servers causing problems. Try to do sth at 6.pm it’s literally impossible. There are several messages informing me that my problems are caused by their servers, so I propose if you want to lie about it just change the messages and instead of “the servers can not process your request” maybe “your internet is so bad, you do not fulfil the requirements so adios, go play sth else”.
You have been logged out, why? When everything else stays connected to the internet??I lost hundreds of matches thx to their servers so it’s not game when skills matter, their servers decide if I can win or I will loose not because I can’t play, no, because it’s not a fair and just game.

Aint no way this EA dev said try some troubleshooting steps for a "Match under review" error message while winning the match.
Will the MATCH UNDER REVIEW message be in EA FC 25? I have been getting it this whole year (ea fc 24) if it will be in ea fc 25 please let me know so i can refund my EA FC 25 pre order. No other game has a MATCH UNDER REVIEW message and if it was my connection then it would count as a match played and a loss so clearly this is EA's fault Thanks.

Update:
it IS in eafc25 because they never ever know how to fix their issues, they just pile code on top of it year on year.
3 rivals games in a row tonight, winning comfortably, opponent disconnects, ‘match under review’. No win ever awarded of course.
