BLACK SCREEN ERROR EA FC 25

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. Steam - PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number AMD RYZEN 5 5500x
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB
Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? AT FIRST, WHEN MY GAME STARTS, I SELECT AN ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST SELECTION SECTION, BUT IN THE LANGUAGE SELECTION SECTION, THE SCREEN GOES UP, THE UPPER PARTS ARE COMPLETELY BLACK, AND THE LOWER PART ONLY HAS THE EA FC 25 LOGO, THE OTHER PARTS ARE BLACK.
What happens when the bug occurs? ITS JUST A BLACK SCREEN AND A EA FC 25 LOGO AT THE BOTTOM
What should be happening instead? Game needs to start normally

    Hey @kwrwmgul Try resetting your existing settings file. You can do that by deleting the settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.

    WILL I DELETE EVERYTHING IN THE EA FC 25 FILE?

    This will only reset your game settings, so you can always configure them again. If you want to restore them afterwards, feel free to copy that file and save it in a different location.

    Can you also delete the Personal Settings 1 profile just after launching the game, if possible? 

    Send us your Dxdiag if that wont fix it.
