bug crash on fc career manager sim mode

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? avernus75
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in sim mode after half time, when you enter the substituti on you stack inside the subs, you can go out, cirlle looks dead, also another one is if you do not do subs, at the end of the match when you press triangle to make press talk , game grash with the commor error
What happens when the bug occurs? the game crashed on both ways, all those after the last update
What should be happening instead? the game is not working

    After testing, I found this BUG happened when both teams uesd two at least substitutions.

    But EA won't care about this BUG， because they only focus on UT！！！

    I’m having the same problem but not only in sim. 
    Also when playing matches the same issue occurs. 

    if you try to make substitutes a second time - you get stuck in the team management page
