ea simply don’t care they even said this when i reported the same issue
‘we can not guarantee this will be change by the studio’
After this i said it was unacceptable and they then said they will look into issue but can’t guarantee when this will be fixed
I have screen shots to prove all of this
They are only concerned about ultimate team, but i hope they fix it soon

onto then again now, if you talk to them don’t sign into your account to talk to them
Talk to them as a guest
by signing into an account to talk to them actually blocks the ea live chat, probably another way for ea to try and ignore their customers
Everyone needs to talk to them and give them a mare so they do something, rh live chat takes 30 mins tops
Sad thing is right now all they suggest is i write on forums
But they simply don’t care
As you suggested all they care about is ultimate gems as it is the money maker
But hopefully more complaints forces them to do something

Is there anyone from EA on these forums that can update this to include my information above?
They aren't even concerned about ultimate team.
All they are concerned about is their ability to make money. Ultimate team is the biggest steaming pile of * I've ever seen. It is optimised to encourage people to buy as many packs as possible, nothing more, nothing less.

Same thing still happening today.
I spent some time today, like a real saddo, making all our AI players and then when we went to play they were either missing or in the wrong places.
The LB issue is a pain as it puts the RM there and his defending stat is 26 lower! Is there a decent formation people have found that isn't affected?
