Co-Op Division Rivals Not Rewarding Points or Progression

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply complete Co-Op Division Rivals games. Specifically, achieve at least 2 wins/draws, as this glitch appeared after the first win.
What happens when the bug occurs? After completing a Co-Op Division Rivals game, there is a glitch where points and progress do not appear as being rewarded before exiting the match. During games last week, this was a purely visual glitch; the points and progress would be there in the Rivals screen. However, this week, the teammate of the lobby is being rewarded with no points after the initial win. I have been stuck on 3/35 points despite winning 5 games total (so I should have 15 points). I have naturally missed out on division progression - which includes win streaks - as a result of this. The leader of the co-op lobby has not been impacted by this glitch. Despite setting our games multiple times, this issue persists. I have checked my Rivals progression on the Companion app and once again it displays 3 points. This is not a purely visual glitch. It is extremely disappointing for co-op players. I have all footage of this issue occurring; it would simply be too long to post here.
What should be happening instead? Rivals points and progression should be rewarded appropriately after every game.
