D-Pad not working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing as away team team in 20 team tournament mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? If you play as the away team in a twenty team premier league the d-pad tactics won’t work.
What should be happening instead? They should work.

I play as all twenty teams in the premier league tournament mode. The D-Pad tactics will work fine when I’m the home team, however if I play as the away team the D-Pad tactics won’t work at all.
