Hey, have similar specs and im encountering a similar issue. here is my thread about it! could you let me know what youve tried to do as far as troubleshooting and fixes to try to make it work?

Mate I’ve tried direct X codes, uninstalling and reinstalling, lowering my ram speeds to none OC, overlocking my whole pc, undervolting my pc, repairing the game, changing which drive it’s installed to, changed all my game settings. It’s weird because fc 24 ran fine, no issues and then my pc weren’t as good as it is now but clearly it’s an EA problem. Need to play rivals and that but not gonna happen at this rate
