editing squad causes game to disconnect from servers

Hey everyone, thank you for reporting those issues to us. I'd like to look into this and see what could be causing it.  

Can I first confirm if you have the same player in your selected squad and in the SBC storage when this issue happens?

Hello 

no I didn’t have any players in the sbc storage even if tried to buy a new player that I do not have in the club it happens tbh it happens also if you just move around the players that you already have on the starting eleven or bench, or if I try to create a new tactic

    Hey all, if seeing this can you go ahead and delete your squad and create a new one.

    If the issue continues can you then grab us the following:

      • Summary of Issue: I played a 10h trial on the EA app, and the issue started. It is the same now when I play through Steam. I can play all other modes but Ultimate Team. The problem started when I used the tactics code for the first time. After that point, my Ultimate team won't even start. When I pick it from the menu, I have the loading screen, a few seconds and the game crashes without any error.
      • Potential Repro Steps:
        • 1. Change the tactics with a code to one that is buggy - I did it by web app. 
        • 2. Try to open Ultimate Team
      • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 27.09.2024, 09:40, CEST 
      • Video or Image of issue: NAN

      Same problem here, this has been happening to me for days now! Bought this game for 100€ but can't play rivals. Get it fixed now or do not release the game if it's not ready to release! Disgrace!

    Its a player that he stores in the club 

    i had tomori twice. Put one in a sbc and with the second card the game Will glitch. 

    Made a new selection and my timori was gone and also the glitch

    Same for me, the only fix is to create a new squad but that loses all your tactics.
