Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a version of Nacho (67 rated Racing de Ferrol player) that I put through the Power Surge and Intro to Stat Limits evos. He is now 74 rated. He fits all the criteria to be put into the Glow Up evo. However when I select his card to preview the evo, I get an error.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs (selecting the player to preview the evo) on PS5, I get the following error then sent back to the main Evolutions page of Ultimate Team after pressing OK:
"There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later."
I am unable to continue evolving my 74 rated Nacho card.
What should be happening instead? There should be no error messages appearing, and I should be able to preview the card then confirm the start of the evolution.
Without the Glow Up evo working, this card has no value and I will have wasted 2 evos on nothing. (Possibly 3 if Glow Up times out waiting on a fix)

@EA_Pulsar - I assume this will take some time to fix and that the evos will likely be wasted? Is there some way to work around this or retrieve these evos?
