I am playing career mode and I am not able to edit the youth tournament line up.
I was able to when I first started the career mode, then after sometime it stopped working. Not sure what triggered it.
yup, so petty but so annoying.. got 48 rated players playing with 62 rated players on bench
Has anyone’s been fixed? I just made it to the prem and don’t even want to play anymore with this glitch 🤦🏼♂️

Same issue here and no answers anywhere. I think EA’s priority is only Ultimate Team and they don’t care about career mode anymore….
I don’t normally post on these threads, but I think the fix to this issue is making sure you have at least 2 goalkeepers in your academy- this seemed to fix the issue for me. Must be a bug locking in the players, assuming they’re all goalkeepers, or something like that. Hopefully this helps someone
I have two goalkeepers in my youth set up and I still cannot change the lineup in the youth tournaments. Aside from that after switching to my B team in the senior side, I could not switch back to the default. I had to delete the B team. EA has made it clear year after year that they don’t care about career mode. I don’t know why I still buy these games, but if enough of us switched to football manager, I’m sure this * will get fixed
I found a fix.
remove any Quick Subs you have in your main team management. Seemed to work for me.
