FC 25 Crashes mid game

Ea this needs to be rectified asap.

This issue has been occurring since launch and I have exhausted all possible troubleshoot’s.

I have turned off all overclock settings in bios, turning off xmp and asus optimal. Removing msi afterburner even though my fans need to be programmed to run at certain speed to minimise overheating. I have disabled all start up apps in task manager. Gave maximum power source to the game, turning off eco power save. Running the game in Administrator & have deleted old versions of the EA app and done a fresh install. Nothing sorts this problem out.

All my graphic settings are either off or on low, w/ my refresh rate at 144hz n fps locked at 120, regardless if I lock it at 60,90 or uncap it, the game still closes w/ no error message displayed.

My system:

ryzen 7 2700x

RTX 2060 6GB

32gb 3200mhz Ram

650w psu

250gb M.2 ssd where fifa is installed

1TB hardive

My system is more than capable of managing this game and I face 0 issues w/ other games that I play and I run them on OC settings for better performance. 

I can vouch that every time that I play this game that it will crash for 0 reasoning & other than closing the game, it also has the ability to restart my PC - all in my time of gaming I have never experienced something so glitchy than this game.

You as a organisation need to rectify this issue asap, this is the first time I have purchased FC on my pc and if I knew it would be this badly optimised - I would have saved myself £70.
