I can’t acces ultimate team in fc 25

after I bought the Cannon evolution, my coins werd taken I didn’t had the evolution. So I tried restarting my game. When i tried to get into ultimate team I couldn’t so I tried the web app and Companion app and I couldn’t acces that neither. Does anyone have a solution?
