Hey @EA_Vendcera  @EA_Lanna @EA_Lars @EA_Guy @EA_Joz why did you combine the title of my post with this one since I reported the bug in the kick off? Would it be so that EASPORTS would be less embarrassed and hide the fact that the company that created EAFC only invests in marketing to promote the game and delivers an unfinished and extremely bug game, and that the bugs that are not from Ultimate Team will only be fixed in the next version of the game next year upon payment of an additional 100 dollars for a new game that will  come new?

Look this video it's ridiculous for a for a newly released game. This shows that Eletronic Arts is a mercenary company that only cares about the Ultimate Team mode and does not deserve respect.

Considering buying $70 worth of any product in the real world, and it fails to deliver what it promises. It will be (and should be) criticized heavily by the public, and the provider will have to make an apology in many cases.
Now, EA is making you pay $70-100 that clearly fails to deliver what it should be providing. This "just release the title to maximize the profit and fix it later" approach by itself should be criticized, but what makes me even more sad is the lack of sincerity & communications from the community managers and dev team.

Ok, fixing a bug/glitch will take time (let's just put aside for now that it's already been 2 weeks since the launch of Ultimate Edition), so I will try to understand that.
It might even be difficult for the community managers to officially make an "apology" for serious glitches because they might not have sufficient right to do so. I will try to understand that.
However, I do hope to see more proactive actions from the community managers here, such as: 1) to inform people they have received the feedback & passed them to the dev team, and 2) try to give a rough guidance to the roadmap on how to make fixtures.

Managers, I suppose you guys might be stressed out by dealing with many frustrated comments, but would appreciate if you guys could try to make more clear communication with us.

Please EASPORTS fix this bug urgently, this is simply ridiculous for a recently released game, show respect to those who buy the game and not just those who spend money on Ultimate Team. It is a simply ridiculous and bizarre bug. The game simply does not save the formation changes and tactical changes in kick off mode, when I enter the mode I make the tactical and formation changes and simply return to the main menu, and later return to kick off mode simply all the formation adjustments, team tactics that I previously chose to play the game and spent a lot of time to make, simply return to the default preset by the game and all my tactical changes and saved formations are lost.
