What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00pm
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Submit an SBC
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes
What should be happening instead? I should get the Thuram card

When you submit the sbc, the game discounts from the internet and crashes.

    Dear EA Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have been experiencing an issue with submitting player Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) in EA FC 25 for the past few days. Despite meeting all the requirements for the challenges, I am unable to complete and submit them. Additionally, whenever I attempt to submit an SBC, I am consistently kicked out of Ultimate Team.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Im having similar issues. When i tried to connect using companion Web App.it says this player cannot be moved because of a previously disconnected gameplay session.

    It's one of the players you are trying to submit.. I have a Gerard Moreno that is in my SBC storage that I can't use, move, or quick sell.. every time I try I get the exact same message.

    I got the same thing. I just think ive solved the problem but cant fix it. Ive got Griezmann i had in my starting line-up. Suddenly he also were in my sbc-storage, he is bugging out so i cant put him out of tactic, i cant put him in sbc, and i cant even quick sell him. So annoying. Its been like this in 3 days now.

    I’m facing the exact same issue, I can’t do SBC’s also when I play the game the EAConnect menu keeps popping up every time I try to sprint making the game completely unplayable. Why would they make that button the same as sprint, makes no sense.

    Having the same problem and I don't know what to do can do some sbcs but not others like the new rttk challenge 3 and marquee matchups I have tried on both the console and the Web app but both do not work can someone help me solve this plz
