Stranded hair feature does not work regardless of all settings

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. EA app - PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number 7900XT
Enter RAM memory size in GB 32
Which mode has this happened in? Clubs
Which part of the mode? Club Match
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Footballers' hair looks like the old generation. It is clearly visible in the matches.
What happens when the bug occurs? The hair looks flat. It wasn't like this last year.
What should be happening instead? Bring back the stranded hair feature

    I have this issue too. In FC 24, this setting worked perfectly. It's so annoying that I play with everything on ULTRA and all I get is static jerseys and old gen hair quality. There are many problems regarding settings, some apply, some don't. I hope EA will fix these issues in the next update. I wrote many threads and no response from them.

    @t0gy It’s almost 5 months into the game and they still have not fixed the strand hair bug I don’t get it, how come they don’t fix this 2d model glued hair bug already
