Ultimate team keeps disconnecting from ea servers

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I play rivals game it gets disconnected very often I had played around 40 matches and almost 36 for disconnected. I use lan to connect direct from modem nd have speeds 1100 Mbps download 900 Mbps upload
What happens when the bug occurs? It kicks me out of the game, and when I log in back it throws DNF. It is annoying guys I lasted my time like 8 days in a row everyday 3-5 hours. It’s not acceptable after paying 100 sgd. Fix it or refund my money.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the freaking game.

I have a similar problem. When I try to go on my PS5 and log in to Ultimate Team, the game crashes and I get kicked out. This problem started on Friday the 18 of October and haven’t changed. I need help

Somehow it started working for me after doing below steps:
Just create a new squad and make it empty, delete all the squads and start adding players to newly created squad.
save it and then use the same squad don’t create multiple squads.

Same problem to me. The game crashes after 10 minutes every time i try to play it. Sometimes it don't even start. It's been like that for a month so far. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, i tried to have more free memory space, i tried to delete my team but none of these options have worked. I just want to play it or a refund. I run it on pc, a HP victus with intelcore i5. The game is standard version.

Bought it yesterday and I try to play it on a HP Victus 15-fa1007sl Notebook, Intel Core i5-12450H, RAM 16GB, 512GB SSD PCIe, Display 15.6" FHD IPS 144Hz, Graphic Nvidia RTX 4050 - 6GB, Wi-Fi 6E, BLE 5.3, Windows 11 Plus.
It crashes every time it goes online. When online it doesn't run more than a minute. Same problem when I go to the settings. Bought it through Epic Games, they don't want to refund as the game was played more than two hours even though it clearly defective.

hi everybody, just sharing an update. Launched the game yesterday and it went online without problems. After receiving the latest update, the game works on my Windows 11 laptop and it doesn't crash anymore.
