Same problem on PC with Windows 11. The games crashes
Same problem to me. The game crashes after 10 minutes every time i try to play it. Sometimes it don't even start. It's been like that for a month so far. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, i tried to have more free memory space, i tried to delete my team but none of these options have worked. I just want to play it or a refund. I run it on pc, a HP victus with intelcore i5. The game is standard version.
Bought it yesterday and I try to play it on a HP Victus 15-fa1007sl Notebook, Intel Core i5-12450H, RAM 16GB, 512GB SSD PCIe, Display 15.6" FHD IPS 144Hz, Graphic Nvidia RTX 4050 - 6GB, Wi-Fi 6E, BLE 5.3, Windows 11 Plus.
It crashes every time it goes online. When online it doesn't run more than a minute. Same problem when I go to the settings. Bought it through Epic Games, they don't want to refund as the game was played more than two hours even though it clearly defective.
hi everybody, just sharing an update. Launched the game yesterday and it went online without problems. After receiving the latest update, the game works on my Windows 11 laptop and it doesn't crash anymore.
