Bring back to some features

I would love if EA could bring back some awesome features in Career Mode like getting offers from different clubs where you can still accept or deny offers and negotiation your contracts with add-ons.

I can still be with the current club at the end of the season and receive offers from other interesting clubs where I have until pre-season to choose the next club or stay.
