Problem: At the end of a Clubs game, after the final whistle goes, all players on the team are presented with a message along the lines of "There was an error communicating with the EA servers". The game is not counted in the clubs stats like it never happened and no one gets XP. Game breaking when trying to progress through play offs.Frequency: Currently happening in say 1/4 games. Happens on a semi-regular basis, once a session or two it feels like. Often seems to happen after we win, which makes me wonder if somehow the other teams are doing something to cause the error to occur. Not sure I ever remember it happening after we've lost, so could be a coincidence. I only remember it ever happening during promotion games, but that might be a coincidence. We are trying to get promoted to 1st league (club is lvl 4 with 4.2M fans) for almost a week, once the promotion matches start ,we get that every time we win or draw, and works fine if we loose. It's so consistent I am now convinced there is some sort of validation check that fails when the game tries to update it's stats and gets an error. It's ultra frustrating playing game after game, and winning the 4 games required to get promoted and still nothing.

We had it happen again yesterday and we were able to predict when it would happen. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I believe it's happened after our 4th playoff game for promotion each time we've had it happen now. Dunno if anyone else can confirm that that's when it's happened to them, or maybe it's happening more for others.

We played two games today in div4 and after each one we got a disconnect. Same message as you. Game does not count...

We had it happen two games in a row tonight so it doesn't seem to have any connection to the number of games you've played. One game, the game ended midway through - it appeared that they quit - and that didn't count either, so I'm not seeing any pattern or connection.
Edit: Three times now tonight! Half way through a game again. Maybe it's promotion/playoff games that are bugged?

Have played 8 games tonight and 3 of them didnt count due to this bug.

This is so frustrating during playoffs.
