I am also having this issue. One time, every time I checked my Team Management, it would sub off players and change my tactics until finally all of my players had been subbed, and when I went back in game, they were all stuck in a corner, and the game crashed.
I still don’t know how and why people haven’t made this obvious. Cos even with all the title updates it still hasn’t been fixed. These days I try to avoid opening team management at half time but sometimes it still sub some players off and change tactics for me…. This bug is an issue
