Isn't it possible to search for a player?

Searching around the menues and can't find the place where I can type the name of a player and start to scout him. Is that no longer possible? Do we have to send the scouts to certain areas and wait for them to put the players on their scout reports? Or have I missed something?

i mentioned in a post in the general discussion, but i disabled the first window and as soon as september arrived, the transfer hub became available. looks like the game waits until the date when the transfer window is supposed to end to reactivate the transfer hub.
