Mid-Season Transfers in Player Career Mode

Can we please get Mid-Season Transfers in Player Career Mode? I always start with a player who is at the lowest starting player level & put my player on a lower level team & work my way up. It would be great if we could go back to the FIFA days & have teams try to get you to transfer mid-season. Not sure why EA stopped allowing this. Would make gameplay so much better.
