What you have suggested is the harder version of CM to accomplish online. Whether your idea is even viable is another question. But I suggest the easier version that they can create. Just give us normal career mode vs Ai - but allow as many friends to play with you controlling one club. It's the easiest way to implement an online career mode.

I'd buy a whole separate fifa game solely based on career mode. I'm sure I'm not the only one either
