Squad Battles - Penalty Glitch

So, I was just doing a squad battle on Ultimate difficulty. It went through to penalties after 1-1 ET. I then took (and scored) my first penalty, the computer then shot (and scored) its first penalty. I then took my second penalty (and scored) and it ended the game 1-1 FT and a 4-2 loss for me and registered the game as a loss on my squad battles, hindering my chance for Elite qualification.

Anyone had this same issue? I am assuming EA can do nothing to rectify this…
