AI on UT is 'fixing' my matches

I'm a long time FIFA / UT player but this years UT has been infuriating for me. I'm not the best player but I'm sure fire not the worst (avg div 2-4 in previous years).This year I'm averaging winning 1 in 10 at best. 
 I'd be fine with this if it felt like I was just getting consistently outplayed but the majority of the time it just feels like the game doesn't want me to win. Either making my players feel slow (it doesn't matter what point in the match it is). Giving the opposition the lucky drop of the ball in the box or making them be able to shoot quickly / getting shots through easily and the opposite when I'm attacking, I can't score for love nor money, either the ball seems to be manipulated so the keeper / defender can block it or I miss... you can see it in replays.... 

These are all things that happen in reality but just by the sheer amount it happens - increasingly so if I actually have something to gain by winning. I can't qualify for the championships and can't even get to the first flag on Div 5 (Div 6 took me 3 weeks to get out of).

  The other reason I know its doing all of the above is every now and then I get the exact opposite happening where the opponent is slow and sluggish and everything i do comes off - I can normally tell within the first minute of the game how its going to go depending on how controlling my team feels.

   All this is to say how / why can't we just have a balanced football game that doesn't need to be manipulated by the AI system!? It's infuriating, it totally ruins the game. I don't mind losing but if almost every game feels like its getting manipulated it doesn't make it fun...
