You can link PC and Xbox accounts to the same EA account. However content and progress are not shared between them. They would be separate from each other.

as said here, you can link your Xbox account to the same EA account that you play on with your PC. However, as said here as well, you can't play with your PC progress on the Xbox as progress doesn't transfer over to other platforms.
