Ive entered the code then says check downloads and nothing there went to enter code again to which it says already redeemed can anyone help

@tombeckett95 If you're on xbox, go to your "Game Library" and it should be the one titled either "LoremIpsum25_XSX" or "LoremIpsum25_XB1" and the cover is just the EA badge.

Hi all,After hours of searching- I'm PS5 but sent, a ps4 code - I have now been able to download.If like me you put in your code. It accepted it but failed the download, then when trying to re-enter the code it kept saying it's been used I have found the solution. You need to go on your game library, and attempt to download the other version (in my case the ps4 instead of ps5 version) from here you should have the ability to download. From what I can gather, if you have access to the PS4 version, you will not have access to the ps5 version unfortunately, however something is better than nothing I'm sure you'll all agree.Hope this helps at least one person out there!

I have received the code for the closed beta but it did not work. It says the code has been redeemed but I can’t see the game to download it not even on my library. Can I get a new code please ?

Once I did, I was taken to a screen with 2 choices, and I clicked the first one, it said something like "EA sports beta game", but that took me right back to the main screen. I tried entering the code again but then it said I had already used the code, so I was unable to download the game. I'm not sure what to do now since it won't accept the code I had. Can someone help?

Had a code emailed to me. Tried to download. This failed. Contacted EA Help. Sent a new code. Doesn't work- suggests it has been used. No way to download again? How can I download either. I may have tried originally to download the PS5 version when I may have signed up to PS4. How can I gain access again to attempt download of PS4 version?

I entered code and was presented with 2 downloadable options. I clicked on the first option and it kicked me out of that screen. I can see my code was redeemed in my PS store transaction history. I get an error saying “code has already been redeemed” if I try and re-enter the code. Can someone help me to resolve this please?

Exactly same as me. When. I contacted EA help they sent another, but that code doesn't allow me to download either.

Lack of support it seems too.
I can only think I did not specify which console, or I did and at the time it was PS4 and I'm not on PS5.
When sent a new code, and that doesn't work its very difficult to have any form of interaction how to redownload as the PS4 version if that's what I need to do. No option to do that now if that is the case.
