Cant access the game !
Ive entered the code then says check downloads and nothing there went to enter code again to which it says already redeemed can anyone help

Exactly same as me. When. I contacted EA help they sent another, but that code doesn't allow me to download either.

Lack of support it seems too.
I can only think I did not specify which console, or I did and at the time it was PS4 and I'm not on PS5.
When sent a new code, and that doesn't work its very difficult to have any form of interaction how to redownload as the PS4 version if that's what I need to do. No option to do that now if that is the case.
I have been having problems with crashing to home screen for 3 days now
