Career mode - remaining wage and transfer budget?

Is there any way to now view how much of a transfer budget and wage budget are remaining before entering negotiations?

I've gone to sign free agents, only for it to not allow me to offer a wage because clearly, I'm out of money, but I couldn't find anywhere where the actual remaining money to spend is detailed.  I know that they removed the ability to alter budgets in 23, but now, I can't even see how to view it...
