Controller delay feels worse in FC 25 compared to FC 24

Question

Hey Everyone,Is anyone else feeling like the controller input delay in FC 25 is worse than it was in FC 24? I’m on PS5, wired connection, performance mode same setup as always but passing and shooting feel noticeably slower and unresponsive sometimes.It’s not just during online matches either. Even in Squad Battles and Career Mode I feel that half-second lag when I try to turn or make a quick pass.Could this be a gameplay engine thing or maybe something with the new animations?Also, while trying to troubleshoot, I came across edulearnx.com. It’s mostly about learning and education, but they occasionally touch on tech-related topics and user experience issues, which might be helpful if anyone else is looking for a broader perspective.Thanks!

I have the same problem. There is an incredible delay in my players and each of my players falls to the ground, the opponent is officially beating my players. Also, my guys are experiencing very serious problems while accelerating.

You can always test your delay. Turn on the online input overlay on and compare the two controllers on screen. I’ve never had delay.&nbsp;

Facts! I’m running series x via Ethernet, my TV has game mode and my connection score shows near perfect and still, my gameplay is a delayed heavy unplayable mess.

EA have now come out saying their game does have delay in online & even offline modes and their animations are a problem. We were right all along, it’s not on our end or our ISP
