Didn’t receive my fc points

I was purchasing 1050 fc points for £8.09 on the Xbox store because it didn’t let me purchase them in the store on fc 26 and I came back on to the game and my balance still said zero so I restarted the game and it still wasn’t there so I went on to ea help to refund it and it said I have nothing to refund
