EA Help beta code issue keeps saying invalid code?

I received a PS4 code even though my preferred platform is PS5. I am trying to use the new help tool but every time I submit the case I get an email saying my beta code is invalid. I’m literally copy...

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot grant a code for a different platform than the one yours was created for.

My code for fc25 closed beta is invalid. I’ve tried it 6 times now and doesn’t work. Can you re send it please
