Ea is pressing my ping down, why ?

If you are getting matched to a server farther away it’s likely your isp. Here is eas explanation. 

EAS FC will always try to connect you to online matches on your best game data center. Although that’s often the nearest one, this isn’t always the case.

Internet service providers (ISP) generally don’t send data from Point A to Point B directly. They route this data across locations, sometimes across the globe. This can be a physical networking infrastructure limitation of some ISPs or part of their business model. These decisions are ultimately handled by ISPs based on their unique needs and situations.

In some cases, your connection to a game data center is the best connection available at the moment, even if it’s farther away. However, your connection can be routed elsewhere if internet issues impact the route that your network traffic would normally take, or if one of our game data centers is experiencing technical problems.

Why is this an issue only with Ea games, other games is working perfect, if i got 30 ms how come every game be in 16 or 18 ms thats makes no sense at all, that slows me down 16 ms and everything i do is 16 ms behind, if i got matched against 30 ms my response time would be correct, can live with 1 or 2 ms diffrent but to push me down 16 -18 ms are huge and makes no sense at all.

Not all servers are in the same location. If another game doesn’t have a server near where you live you could have 100ms or higher. Then another game could have a server in your city and you could have 1ms. 

Maybe you have a better ping in Fortnite as the server might be closer to you. Here is there explanation.

So, what could be causing this increase?

Well, this is almost always due to an issue with your internet service provider's way they are routing to our Fortnite servers. Internet service providers use things called internet exchange points to efficiently carry data from your computer to any destination. These points are along a path where data from your computer is sent to the Fortnite servers and back to your computer. If an internet exchange point is having trouble or goes down, this can impact your ping. While this is understandably frustrating, there isn't anything that we are able to do to fix these issues. The best thing to do is to reach out to your internet service provider so they can provide you with more information about what could be causing the increase in your latency or ping.

1 ms is not possible but i do understand what you saying, so for an example iam kogging into Cod or Fortnite right now and i know exactly what i gonna get, a game at 30 ms with 1000 mbit power to back it up, perfect server connections and smooth gameplay, they always behaves the same way.

Eafc is like i said a russian roulette, i got matched against players with 15 ms less than me on servers that dont connect, when i play games at 30 ms my gameplay works fine, but that means i need to search really hard for the games, when i jump in a game that is 16 or 18 ms i get slow downed by 22 ms or 24 ms to fit my opponents game, my opponents allreafy won before the game started, thats not skills that only meens that everything he does he does before my players and game can response to it.

Just played one game right now at 30 ms and my gameplay worked just fine, players response correct, no delays, my players response correct, the gameplay was good, but i need to searcj so hard for 30 ms games, start games if is see 16 or 18 i need to quit and start over all again, its a never ending story, while iam go to Cod or Fortnite at any time at day and now exactly what I gonna get and how the games are running, 30 ms 1000 power behind to back it up and just kick back and meet players that plays at the same conditions as myself. 

Iam not complaining like everything should be perfect, it never is, its a videogame, but to sit and jump in and out for games at 30 ms make no sense to me.

You can’t see your opponents ping. If you see 30 or 15 that’s your ping. 

I get that youre servers seems to be bad and youre matchmakingsystem not really works,

Its impossible that all other games is perfect and EaFc are behaving diffrent all the time, iam sit on a 30 ms line dont put me against players with 16 ms, that slow my gameplay down like crazy, it is an huge diffrent, i dont need to read manuals on Ea homepage i need you to give me the correct games contra my anseear time. Its not harder than that.

You provide a product, me as a costumer says that the product you selling dont mat h what you promise, you cant cut 16 ms off and throw someone into a game and call it a skilledbased game, it is impossible, you make my gameplay superslow meanwhile my opponent got 16 ms to play with in a time diffrent that is not huge that is massive... just provide me ( costumer ) with a game that is stable and fair. 

I cant see their ping that is correct, but i can ask them and i do, thats why i say that i got 30 ms and placed in 16 ms games with players with way less ms than me.

Lol but that is not my ping, my ping is minimum 30 ms that is you pushing down my ping to fit a game thats dont works

Games don’t match you with identical pings. That’s not possible. The other person either has a better connection or lives closer to the server. Not even fortnite or cod will match you with identical pings. Plus your ping fluctuates as does your opponents. 

Lol i never been in a helpforum and speaked to someone who just continue to say the same thing, in other helpforums they actually help their costumers, this is definitly an experience, is this usually how Ea meet their costumers ? 

Dont put me against players that got 10 ms, 16 ms, 18 ms, put me against players with 30 ms, and do not cut off my ping to fit in games where my connection dont belong...
