Question

So i have bf5 and bf 2042 on steam i used to play before then stopped playing like 4-5 months back now i got a new build and bought fc25 and steam then tried logging in to ea ( linked to my steam acc ) , a otp is sent to random hackers email who has hacked my ea acc and got it banned. Changed the email, the only link is my steam account !!

When i contact ea through second ea account they say ( check attachment ). ,

What am i supposed to do ??? When i cant login 🥲 bad support team aah

Hey acthypkyyj4s​ if you have a ban on your account then the best thing to do is to start by appealing it which you can do here: https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-app&amp;topic=dispute-ban-suspension&nbsp;
Once done you can then work with our team to get your account back.

Thanks for responding sir but im not able to access my account. And the email you guys sent says create appeal from the account you have issues on . How tht possible?

The ban was coz of the hacker

You would need to create the appeal on another account acthypkyyj4s​ and then let the team know all the details.
