I realize this from the op was before the flood of server issues but for anyone who wants to add more info they are looking into the servers in the technical section.
they doing absolutly nothing they closing threads here who are not fixed after they asked for 20 screenshots of network quality with their tools just to close the thread cause they cant fix it
It's been like this for a long time. They don't understand, don't know what to do, or it's part of the narrative EA employees most follow - IE there are no server issues, we don't want to scare the shareholders.
