fc 25 companion and Fc 25 different personas

i installed fc25 companion befor getting ea sports fc25 but i now have two different persona's i want to use my fc companion on fc25

i want to transfer my ps5 persona to my pc

It's not possible to transfer your progress from PS5 to PC. You will need to create a new club on Ultimate Team.
