FC 25, EA Customer Service Terrible

so i have had issues with my Seasonal Pass being unavailable all season, i have tried to fix the issue myself so a quick overview of what is happening,

i use Xbox Cloud Services to play FC 25, which in turn is the problem why i cant access the season pass and FC Hub, i know this is the issue as when i sign in on a friends Xbox Series S console i can see the season pass no issues, however my rewards show as claimed, even though i haven't received any of them, i contacted EA Customer Service and reported my findings regarding it only effecting those whom use cloud services, (Punish the Poor why not) all i get back is thank you for informing us, we are aware please allow time for the development team to investigate, this has been going on for 3 weeks now and i still havent recieved any of my seasonal rewards etc. 

i ask for updates or information regarding the problems and get redirected to these forums, however i cannot find any posts by Community Managers / Development Team Members or Official EA Reps regarding any investigation or updates.

so what should i do now, as the season ends on the 10th July which is 12 days away and i dont see this being resolved prior to that date, i cant get any guarantee that my rewards will be provided before the end of the season and i cant even claim them myself by signing into a friends xbox on my account as they state theyve already been claimed but i havent had any giving on my account

like i say keep getting told to wait for an update but i cant even find a post that outlines any details of the issues faced and investigation notes, is the teams actually looking into this or are they waiting for the season to end so they can do the same to there players next season, how many people have missed out on seasonal rewards from previous seasons due to the same issues, will EA provide me with a console to specifically play FC 25 as this is the only game and Dev company that has these issues????????

can a community manager respond please? or are you not real either?

    EA's help and support is not real! The 'people' have zero power or knowledge to help you. I wouldn't be surprised if they are just bots or AI.

    If you are critical - they don't want to talk to you. EA help are students with a part time job with low rates for the company. If you are lucky enough to talk to one,  they are instructed how to just follow the manual from the company management to deal with you. The help is zero of value.
