Right if everyone is experiencing packet loss then it could be a server issue. Since that’s not the case you should contact your isp and see if they can help you fix it.
Please stop responding to posts like this. You aren't qualified. It doesn't need to be EVERYONE. A server instance can be struggline, whilst others are fine.
There is not 1 server. There are many farms, with many dynamically spawned instances. If a single farm is struggling, many people in a region will notice it. If specific instances are struggling, only select people will notice it.
I have contacted my ISP several times about this. Both their tests and my own agree that I have no issues. You categorically do not know what you are talking about.
