    I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues raising a ban dispute, but it's good to hear that you finally managed to get through to our terms of service team. It can take a few days for them to get back to you; I can only recommend that you're patient until you get a reply. You'll get an email from them when they're done investigating.

I understand what you're saying but how does a ban appeal (apex legends)made after the ban for fc25 get a solution so early and the fc 25 is still in review?
