FC25 - Bidded Transfer Market Items unable to be claimed, even if i won the bid

Sorry to hear you are not able to claim those items.

Firstly, there would not be any loss of coins without any reasons. You either win or loose the bid so you don't have to worry about coins.

Here you might have simply used too much the transfer market which has locked you out temporarily. 

I recommend here that you wait 48h and try again. After, you should be able to see if you won or lost those bids in your transfer targets.

EA_Hux​ hi thanks for responding. This issue has been persiting for a couple of month now.

To clarify, I am winning bids, and the amount for them is being deducted from my account, but when I go to click on Transfer Targets I cannot claim the items that I paid for. I highly doubt I'm being locked out temporarily as I said the issue has been undergoing for months and I only have ten different bids I won with items to claim from, which were not bidded on in a short space of time.

For the bid on Eithiad Stadium, it only lasted ten minutes. I bid on the item and watched the timer tick down to zero. Nobody bid on it apart from me, so I defeiantly won it, execpt there is a bug that is not allowing me to claim it.
