why banned double tap shoot button? and why my id lagging? especially when opponent attack me? shadow ban?

why banned double shoot button, are u a real HQ manager? why my id so lag? are you serious doing this job?why banning all move? are you insane?
Please take note of this and fix this Issue. Right now the game is really boring knowing that there is no option to score a goal with the Head. Can you guys fix this in next days in a live update? So we don’t have to wait until the next update. PLEASE!!!
