LMAO there is NO way to contact anyone for help!!!!!!! yahoo DEACTIVATED my email address connected to my EA account. EA suggests i "contact my email service provider to regain access." HAHA the account doesnt EXIST!!!!! im so frustrated. this is such a joke
I am having the same problem. The email associated with this account was bought out by another company and therefore I have no access to it. I can't do anything. Why is EA's customer service so trash?

I've been trying to unlink my old EA from an old hotmail email thats been killed off due to inactivity. It's been YEARS. I literally have made 0 progress and I've tried so many times in just said **bleep** all EA games. But of course BF6 is coming out and here I am again...
I'm literally having this exact same issue. You can't even contact Yahoo without paying them for their "premium support" and even then you have to log into your Yahoo to get that support. They're just holding our accounts hostage
Same exact thing happened to me. Yahoo deactivated the email account I had associated with my EA account. Did you ever find a solution?
Im not surprised. Ive reached out to EA 5 times now trying to get my account fixed because my old Gmail doesn't exist anymore. But they literally just ignore each case I bring to them. This will probably be why I dont buy BF6
I'm in the same boat. I can't get into my old email, which is linked to my Steam account. So, I can't unlink it, and I can't play any more EA games until they fix it. I was really hyped for the new Battlefield, but looks like I'm missing out.

I have the same problem. My email adress was de activated and I can't use my companion app for fc 25 bc it needs bum ahh verification. Like bro it's not that deep just let me sign in.
