I Buy key on Amazon.de
I bought a game key on Amazon.de and redeemed it on my account, but I can't access the game. It's not showing up in my library. Can anyone please help me?

I bought it for the EA-App

- @Parnophia As far I know this is a known issue, if you have already cleared your ea app cache and reinstalled the EA app, then keep waiting for a fix, based on the bug report section this is being investigated.
for future instances I recommend to purchase on the EA app directly, so you don't get redirected to the retailer.
