I found a bug

I was playing champs finals, I got a red (don’t think it was but that’s not what I’m here for), after that, I obviously tried to make a substitution, I paused the game and every time I pressed team management, it kicked me off it, it happened a few times and I resumed game, went 5m and tried to make a sub, same issue. What can I do now, I got it clipped + I got my controller on the corner to show I wasn’t backing out on purpose. Should I send it?
