I have redeemed my code to my account but I can’t find the game?
Hello, everyone. You can only redeem the code once. When this is done, the game is added to your library. Please google instructions to find your platform's game library. The beta will be available there. You also can try pushing the download to your console through the Xbox or PS app.

You had posted this on the Star Wars forums. I moved it to FC 25 for you. As far as this issue goes, you should find the beta in your game library.

Found it go to Game library and Your collection and it's there

My son has redeemed his but says he clicked the pre order above the BETA selection and now it won’t let him go back as it says the code has been redeemed - does this mean he can’t get the BETA?

I've got a similar problem. Looking at other questions in the forum it looks like I have made the wrong selection on download and it now says the code is not redeemable
I put in the code but it just never appeared in the download list! And when I put the code in again it says it already been redeemed! Is there anyway of contacting ea to send another or is that not likely 😩
