Input delay issue and lag in controlling Rivals and online matches

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing a serious input delay and gameplay lag issue in EA SPORTS FC 26, especially in Rivals and online matches.

My internet connection is stable and my ping is usually around 40 ms, but the gameplay still feels extremely delayed. There is a noticeable delay between pressing a button and the player responding, which makes passing, shooting, dribbling, defending, and switching players feel slow and unresponsive.

This does not seem to be a normal high-ping issue, because my ping remains around 40 ms, yet the input delay is still very noticeable.

Could you please confirm if this is a known server/gameplay issue and whether EA is currently working on a fix?

Also, when can we expect this issue to be resolved?

I would appreciate a clear update regarding the current status of this problem.
