UPDATE: The issue was the newly released AMD Driver Version: 25.10.01.09-250425a-415182C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition
I rolled back to the older driver (25.3 I believe) (https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/release-notes/RN-RAD-WIN-25-3-1.html)
