Loan players ballon d’oro deleted

Friday i found packets fro ballon d’oro players, i chosse Mbappe and Hansen and i also made a pictiure from my tv of the two players.

players are not in my team and in 24 hours time passes for objectives with them.

there are no players in club, non players in deleted, no players in scr archive. Simply for some bug the players are not in my team.

what can i do????
