My guess would be that your account has been accessed by a third party. I'd certainly suggest that you change your account password immediately while EA looks into the matter.
i did it before they leave me whit 5k... im not shure is third party.
So i receve email that i have ban for coin distribution... I've never buy or sell coins... I just pay 160 bulgarian leva (thats a lot of money for our standart)for buyng the game to receve email that i have ban for something i never do. I reach them for help and i receve a ban. THANK YOU EA.
