Manager career mode is unplayable

Manager career mode is unplayable!  Broken passing! Broken aiming! Broken cheated gameplay!  Shots  wide  or on posts  .....  player submitted a transfer request  then he want new contract!   Game sucks  ea too! Nothing new ....
